Dear Mr. Trando:
Enclosed are three (3) copies of Application for Payment No. 14
in the amount of $325,231.97 from L.H. Lacy Company representing
work performed on the above referenced project through July 31,
1989.
We have reviewed this application and recommend that payment in
full be made at this time.
We would also like to mention that this project is very near
completion and no public hearings have been held to our knowledge
concerning the street assessment program.
We are ready to provide the City of Coppell cost data and
property frontage distances in support of the assessment program
upon request.
