Belt Line Road to Sandy Lake Road
Dear Mr. Balch:
We have received your June 2, 1989 letter requesting additional
compensation under Item 100-Preparing Right-of-Way for the
removal of the two McDonald's driveways and the temporary paving
and drainage constructed as a part of the Creekview Subdivision.
In order to complete our review and evaluation of this request we
need to know the following:
1. The time and date that L.H. Lacy Co. was directed or ordered
to perform Extra Work; and
2. The amount of additional compensation sought in this request
with supporting documentation which will substantiate the
amounts of said compensation.
If it is L.H. Lacy Company's intention to request compensation on
the basis of hourly labor equipment and material costs, please
submit, with the above, a listing of the rates which were in
effect at the time L.H. Lacy Company bid the project, and a copy
of those rates in effect at the time the actual work mentioned
herein was accomplished.
