Dear Mr. Doyle:
In response to your 5/15/89 Handwritten Memorandum, attached, I
have met with the Contractor and discussed his proposed
construction schedule. With the placement of concrete for the
adjacent left-turn lanes and McDonald's driveways to be completed
by Thursday, May 25, at least 7 days of cure time should be
allowed prior to allowing traffic on the new paving. Therefore,
it appears that it will be June 2, 1989 before these areas can be
used by vehicles.
