Dear Mr. Balch:
We are transmitting herewith two (2) fully executed copies of
Change Order No. 2 to the subject project. This Change Order No.
2 restores the original Contract Unit Prices for Lime Treatment
of the subgrade soils for the subgrade which was not treated with
Cement under Change Order No. 1. It also adds 14 calendar days
to the Contract Time making your new Contract completion date
June 28, 1989.
