We are directing L.H. Lacy Company, the Contractor, to address your specific concerns by copy of this letter. The issues regarding backfill behind the curb are getting our specific attention since we have had similar experiences to yours on other projects with other Contractors. It is our understanding that the brick pavers in the driveways will be repaired or replaced as necessary during the time frame in which the Contractor is installing similar pavers at the intersections on this project. The completion date for this contract is June 14, 1989. We do not know of the Contractor's specific schedule for clean-up in front of your shopping center, but request of him by copy of this letter to contact both you and I in this regard. If we can be of further assistance, please call. Sincerely, John C. Karlsruher, P.E. Project Engineer JCK/dsp Scott Balch, P.E. - L.H. Lacy Co. Randy Fleming w/original photos H.
