As I notified Mr. Jerry Parche, P.E. on Wednesday, April 12, 1989, by
telephone, please be advised that the City council approved Change Order
No. 2 last night, so that the subject median openings and left turn lanes
can be constructed once we receive your funds, as per your letter dated
April 4, 1989, and John Karlsruher's March 17, 1989 letter to your
Engineer, Mr. Jerry Parche, P.E.
Please submit your funds in the Mount of $29,254.21 to Mr. Frank Trando,
Director of Finance/Deputy City Manager. As soon as they are received and
deposited, and we have received Univest's contribution, the City of
Coppell can execute the Change Order, making the proposed improvements.
We appreciate working with you on these Capital Improvements now to save
the traveling public from future delay and disruption at a later date.
As a standard procedure, these arrangements in no way, shape or form
co,it or bind the City of Coppell to any future l~d development
decisions that are normally their prerogative an~ay. That is, the City
is not necessarily constraint in their decision m~ing ~ acco~odating
your desires at this time. Thank you.
