Additional Information: Contractor moved blast equipment back on site and started abrasive blast
exterior roof sheets, Blast bare metal areas clean to SSPC-SP 6 cleanliness. Brush blast over existing prime coat to
remove din and scarify surface. Thirteen (13) roof sheets blasted today from outer edge up to 5' away from handrail.
· Several spots on welds not SSPC-SP 6 clean. These areas were not coated today. Airless spray application from
5:15 p.m. to 6:I0 p.m. Also brush and roll welds to work paint into rough areas on welds.

Additional Information: Contractor has completed thc abrasivc blast on exterior roof surS~ccs includit~g
handrails. All caulking has been removed from roof edge and sharp edges ground smooth. Existing shop primer on roof
sheets was brush blasted to remove dirt and scarify surface. Cathodic protection holes have been cut in roof. One
hole was cut over stiflenet beam and stiffener plate was cut with a torch so edges are rough.
Blast hoses have been dropped down into bowl of tank and blast has started on floor'surfaces. No coating to be applied
to interior today.
Exterior roof surfaces are coated by airless spray - 417 tips - I gun - Graco Bulldog Pump. Start application at 4:05 p.m.
Complete by 6:15 p.m. Use approximately ten (10) gallons &material. Brush applied coating in some weld areas. Coated
only bare areas today (weld seams).

Additional Information: Abrasive blast to interior floor (curved and flat areas), exterior of access tube
and overflow pipe to 8' off floor and about 8' up on inner cone wall 360 degrees around. Full blast to all weld seams
and scratches. These areas cleaned to SSPC-SP 10. Brush blast over existing shop applied primer to scarify surface and
remove concrete particles from construction process. Sweep dust off all curved floor and walls and pipes. Push sand and
dust down to flat floor where it will cover and protect the blast there. Some areas were skipped during blast operation
and will not be coated today, such as manway access area and ladder brace weld. After dust has settled area to be coated
was swept again and then primer applied. Primer applied to bare metal areas and also over existing primed areas.
