Dear Mr. Doyle:
Per the attached minutes of the February 14, 1989 City Council
meeting, Item 9 regarding the above referenced subject was
approved.
The irrigation system is installed already at this location. The
landscaping, while not completed at this location, has started at
IH635 as of 3/15/89 and has started to progress southward.
Upon your written authorization, plan changes and modifications
can be started to accommodate the monument sign and a field
change directive issued to the contractor.
