Dear Mr. Doyle:
On behalf of Belt Line 4.5 Joint Venture, and after a
conversation with Wayne Ginn, I am writing this letter to
request that the City arrange for construction of a
turn-in and curb-cut at Denton Tap Road, fronting the
property at the location shown on the '~ttached' EXhibit.
Formerly, there was a drive opening to Denton Tap Road..
We will reimburse the City for the cost of this
construction, which .I understand to be approximately
$500.00. Prior to finalizing the City's commitment for
this construction, please advise me of the exact cost of
this construction and the basis on which payment is
required.
