Abrasive blast to interior side of eight (8) roof sheets. Sheets laying
on the ground. Blast cempleted at 5:50p.m.. Then blow sand off steel.
Results
SSPC-SP 10 cleanliness achieved. Profile average is 2.3 mils. Blow down by the
wind and with blast hose air after blasting complete.
Area Coated
Is same as area blasted. Coating used is Tnemec series FC-20 color beige
Batch numbers part A KC1999011064, part B KC1999020047, and
number 4 Thinner KC 1998129152. Airless spray application using two (2)
spray guns. 417 tips. Application starts at 6:15p.m. and ends at 7:45p.m.
