Dear Mrs. RansOm:
As the Project Engineer representing the City of Coppell for the
Denton Tap Road Improvements projects, we acknowledge receipt of
your authorization for relocation of the aforementioned concrete
batch plant to the project site. Having met the requirements of
the TACB you have satisfied your Contractual obligations
regarding permitting of the batch plant for the sole use of
furnishing concrete for the Denton Tap Road Improvements
projects. By copy of this letter the various Departments within
the City of Coppell will have the opportunity to voice any
comments or concerns they might have concerning operation of the
batch plant. These comments and concerns can be addressed during
the course of normal operation of the plant and associated
construction operations, and need not delay the erection and
trial operation of the plant.
