is approximately six (6) outer cone sEeets wide and goes from the remainder of inner cone sheet up to
top of top shell sheet including about three (3) inches out onto knuckle.
Results SSPC-SP6 cleanliness achieved. Profile average is 2.9 mils. Blowdown with clean
compressed air prior to coating.
Area Coated Is same as area blasted. Coating used is Tnemec Series FC-20 Pota-Pox, color
beige. Batch numbers are part "A" KC1998120063, part "B" KC1998121251, #4 thinner KC1998119144.
Airless spray application using two (2) spray guns with 417 tips.

tank with blast hoses after sand is cut off.

approximately 12 inches below top shell sheet.
Results SSPC-SP6 cleanliness achieved. Profile average is 2.8 mils. Blow down with clean compressed
air prior to coating application.

COMMENTS Welders were on site today grinding and rewelding on some vertical and
horizonal welds on exterior of tank, this damaged some of the primer. More repairs will be made at a
later date.

Contractor is stenciling on logo on southeast and north west sides of tank then
start brush and roller application to nomhwest side logo.
Results Obtained dry film thickness readings on exterior shell and cone. Several sags were
found that need to be removed and repaired. Some small areas were found where coating did not
flow together properly. These will be touched up also.
