construction easement and all rights unto the said City of
Coppell, Texas, its successors and assigns, during the
construction of the Denton Tap Road Improvements.
AND Grantor d~es hereby bind self, heirs and
legal representatives, to warrant and defend all and singular and
above described temporary easement and all right unto said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof.
