4:30 p.m.
Results SSPC-SP6 cleanliness achieved. Profile average is 3.2 mils. Blowdown
with blast hoses after sand is cut off.
Area Coated Same as area blasted. Airless spray application of Tnemec Series FC-20,
color beige to walls. Batch numbers are part "A" KC1998120063, part "B" KC1998111212,
#4 thinner KC1998119144 (32 ounces to 5 gallon mix). Material temperature 61 degrees. Used 417
tips in spray guns. Spray application from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Approximately 15 gallons used.

Results SSPC-SP6 cleanliness achieved in blast area. Profile average is 2.85 mils. Blowdown
scaffold and tank with blast holes after sand has-been cut off.
Area Coated Same as area blasted. Airless spray application of Tnemec Series FC-20,
color beige. Batch numbers part "A" KC1998010255, part "B" KC1998121251 and #4 thinner
KC1998109140. Use 417 tips, two (2) spray guns, start application at 5:00 p.m. Finished at 6;10 p.m.
Mix ratio of coating was part "A" (1): part "B" (1).

Area Blasted Abrasive blast moved clockwise from 2-16-99 area. Complete drop on
cone sheet move clockwise and complete one (1) full drop and then half drop on shell. Also blast
interior side of three (3) roof sheets (on ground). Shell blast was on south to west side.
Results SSPC-SP10 cleanliness achieved. Profile average of 2.37 mils. Blowdown blasted
areas with clean compressed air. '
Area Coated Is same as a~ea blasted. Coating used is Tnemec Series FC-20 Pota Pox,
color beige, batch numbers are part "A" KC1999010255, part "B" KC1998121251, #4 thiuner
KC 1998109140 (8ounces per gallon). Airless spray application to roof sheets from 4:25 p.m. to
4:55 p.m. and to shell area from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Approximately fifteen (15) gallons primer
were used.
