inner cone sheets. This was the first day of abrasive blast on this project.
Results Cleanliness standard achieved is SSPC-SP6. Profile average is 2.5 mils. Blowdown
with clean dry compressed air prior to coating,
Area Coated Airless spray application of Tnemec Series FC-20, Pota-Pox, color 1255,
beige. Batch numbers are part "A" KC1998120063, part "B" KC 1998120244 and #4 thinner
KC1998109140. Mixed three (3) gallons at 5:20 p.m. Started spray at 5:30 p.m. and finished by
5:55 p.m. Used 415 tip in airless spray gun.
