Denton Tap Road Construction Project
We recently heard during a somewhat informal meeting that
the current Denton Tap Road construction project would not
take the proposed six-lanes of paving to the creek, but it,
in fact, stops 320' short. I am extremely concerned that
the City Council may not be fully aware of this fact, and
will be as much, or more surprised than I was to hear of
this fact and learn they must buy additional concrete to
extend the road to the creek. As I recall, Mr. Ginn
suggested he had "mentioned" this fact to the City Council.
Please request any documentation which supports or
"mentions" this fact. Based on our meeting with Lomas &
Nettleton, it appears we will be unable to include this 320'
in their contract and costs.
