Dear Mr. Ratliff:
Prior to beginning construction on any street project in Coppell
it has been the custom to have "property owners" meetings with
the adjacent property owners.
The purpose of these meetings is to provide information regarding
the project's time frame, curb cuts, median openings, assessment
procedures, sequences of construction, damage claims, and any
other information the citizens may request.
This procedure allows the citizens and property owners to funnel
all their requests to us for evaluation. It usually keeps you and
the council from being bombarded with requests for project
changes, favoritism requests, etc.
A set of construction plans will be available at the next council
workshop for council review.
The attached agenda will be followed on Thursday, December 17,
1987.
