Dear Mr. Andrews:
Enclosed you will find three copies of the City of Coppell's
proposed easement and street and drainage improvement plans at
the St. Louis and Southwestern Railroad crossing for the above
referenced project. We have made the drafting clarifications
and described the proposed Roadway and Drainage Structure
Easement as you requested in our March 3, 1987 telephone
conversation. We are confident that the described easement will
fully enclose the proposed improvements.
Please send us an agreement for these improvements within the
Railroad right-of-way. Also, the City of Coppell would like to
have a rubberized crossing and electric crossing guard arms
installed at this intersection.
We plan to begin advertising for bids in the near future;
therefore, your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
