Dear Mr. Andrews:
Enclosed you will find three copies of the City of Coppell's
proposed street improvements at the Southwestern Railroad
crossing for the above referenced project. We have revised the
plans to show the additional information you requested in our
telephone conversation of January 29, 1987.
Please send us an agreement for these improvements within the
Railroad right-of-way. Also, the City of Coppell would like to
have a rubberized crossing and electric crossing guard arms
installed at this intersection.
We plan to begin advertising for bids in the near future;
therefore, your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
