City of Copell, Texas Dear Wayne: In response to your letter of December 21, I would like to express our interest to participate financially in the construction of the above referenced intersection. We are willing to commit funds up to a maximum of $50,000 under the following conditions: I) The intersection is built to its full six lane divided capacity with left turn lanes and traffic signals. 2) The intersection designed in accordance with the Coppell Streetscape Plan. 3) That we will have an opportunity to review and approve the intersection design.
