Dear Mr. Ragland:
Attached are copies of my letters dated February 22, 1983
and March 12, 1984 addressed to Mayor Brown regarding removal
of City owned building and ancillary improvements from our
property located at the southwest corner of Southwestern
Boulevard and Belt Line Road in Coppell.
As noted in my letter dated March 12, 1984 the letter agreement
whereby we granted you permission to temporarily occupy said
property for purposes of storing the old bank building expired
on March 8, 1984.
A recent inspection of said property revealed that the building
and all ancillary improvements have not been removed nor has
property been restored in accordance with terms of our letter
agreement.
We must insist that you promptly tend to this matter.
