Being a description by metes and bounds of the property to the immediate North
and East of the intersection of Belt Line Road and Denton Tap Road;
From a point being the centerline intersection of Southwestern Road, formerly
Coppell Road, and Denton Tap Road;

of said Denton Tap Drive;
