Dear Mr. Kyle:
lncluded~Js~q schematic design drawing of the proposed intersection improvements
at Beltline R~'~x/ Denton Tap Drive / Southwestern Dr. in Coppell, Texas. As per
our telephone dX~versation of Tuesday, September 21, 1982, regarding the design
adequacy and the I~eed for additional right-of-way to properly handle the expected
traffic movements at the intersection, the following additional right-of-ways were
agreed on:
50' X 50' corner clip at the southwest corner of the intersection to provide
for separate right turn movement.
A utility easement of variable width along the south side of Southwestern Dr.
to accommodate the transition in the roadway design of Southwestern Dr.
from a divided roadway to undivided at Howell Dr.
As you indicated, all the above right-of-ways and easement dedication require-
ments ore acceptable to your client.

Note:
A color rendering of the intersection improvements shows how the remain-
ing right-of-way can be used for intersection beautification and as a focal
point entering the City.
