RE: Creek'view Drive & Freeport Parkway - City' of Coppelt · ·
We recently submitted plans to your office for final review. Enclosed you will find a
sketch showing the limits of paving for the proposed intersection at Freeport Parkway and
Creekview Drive proposed by Pacheco Koch. I am concemed about the limits of the
paving proposed for the Creekview Drive connection.
We were not able to obtain a complete set of Freeport Parkway construction plans from
Pacheco Koch, but we did obtained copies of the relevant sheets from the City. As shown
on the attached sketch, it appears as though Pacheco Koch intends to pave a portion of the
Creekview Drive street approach to the right-of-way line. This is going to provide an
awkward tie-in point for the Creekview project. We recommend that the entire street
approach be paved back to the curb returns on Creekview Drive (Sta. 27+01.16).
