LONE STAR GAS: 1) No representative was present., E. GENERAL TELEPHONE: 1) Service is available. 2) Final plat is acceptable. F. COPPELL CABLEVISION: 1) No Comment. G. U.S. POSTAL SERVICE: I) Delivery service currently provided in area. H. DEVELOPMENT INSPECTOR: 1) ~at size "X" inlet? (64.2 CFS?) 2) The RV and Boat Storage w~ll have to be screened along property line from view of property east and south/Council questions this also. 3) Northeast corner will have to be hyrdo-mulched for corrosion control to existing inlet. 4) Southeast corner: a) Are we allowin~ access to property through Northlake Drive? - Grate b) Will inlet on Northlake Drive handle 5.4 CFS more water? Page 7 5) Add three (3) more 8" water valves. 6) Slope of 3:1 - 2:1 will have to be hyrdo-mulched. I. TEXAS POW-ER AND LIGHT: 1) Final Plat is acceptable. J. PARKS AND RECREATION: 1) Unable to obtain comments from Public Works Department - please contact Steve Goram, Director of Public Works, at 462-0022. K. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT: 1) Revisions must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 1987 to be eligible for January 15, 1987 Planning and Zoning Commission action. 2) This item is tentatively scheduled for January 15, 1987 Planning and Zoning Commission action. A representative must be present at this meeting. Failure to appear may result in denial of this application. 3) Please submit 22 sets of plans prior to January I2, 1987 for Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council review. 4) Please respond to all comments in the form of a letter.
