RE: Photo's of gas well head and Burro.
Please fred enckned two (2) maps and six (6) photo. The location of the gas well is
marked on both maps, and, as you can see, it is in a lai~ah traffic public area known aa Runaway
Bay. This well location is approa/m~ly ~ven (7) year~ old. It is owned and operated by
En~r~h (also imown aa Lolg Star Gas Co.) Enorgy and has been a good ndghbor to the
community. LE. no loaka or spiib. I took those photos Saturday, October 22, 1994. Ther~ was
standing water that was still containcd from all thc heavy rain wc havc had latcly. Thc well head
that Tom Kelly (who is 5'g" tall) is standing ncxt to is secured via a cyclone fence with bobwirc on
top. Thc tank battery is secured in thc same manor. Gary, unlike this location, we would ·
landscape our Burro with sod and shrubs, etc. Thc tanks we propose to install would bc ten (10)
feet tall instead of fifteen (15) feet tall as those in thc picture. Thc separation and treating
equipment would also bc of low silhoucttc and thc mctcr(s) box(s) will bc landscaped.
I hope thc enclosed gives you a better vision and understanding of the surface equipment,
as well as how we will be a good neighbor to the community.
