SITE VISIT TO REVIEW VISIBILITY EASEMENT
AND EXISTING METAL GUARD RAIL
Dowdey, Anderson & Associates sent a field crew to the Vet. Hospital site 2/14/97 to
review concerns about the visibility easement and the existing metal guard rail extending
south from the concrete bridge rail. They located the centerline of the north drive of the
veterinary site and moved 15' west from the curb line to locate the starting point of the
visibility easement. They identified a minor site problem with the guard rail. We raised
the elevation of the approach slab to resolve this problem The guard rail does not
interfere with the visibility easement and does not need to be relocated.
