1. Fire hydrant should be located in a minimum 15' utility easement.
Irrigation Plan
2. The main trunk line for the irrigation system should not be located within the 15'
utility easement across the front of this property so as to avoid damage during
maintenance of the existing public utilities.
3. Minimum finish floor should be shown on the plat. It should either be 1' above the
ultimate floodplain or 2' above the existing floodplain elevation.
4. A private access easement will be required for the portion of the fire lane south of and
off of this site.
Landscape Plan
5. It appears that the proposed fire hydrant will be in conflict with the proposed sign.
