Dear Mr. Gay:
I have received and reviewed your letter concerning the removal of the fill that has been placed
on Mr. Adams property. Depending on the weather and other considerations, you estimate that
the removal can be completed by mid-June and that the engineering/surveying to verify that the
land has returned to its pre-fill elevation can be completed by the end of June.
The City's main objective in this matter is to accomplish the removal of the f'fll. Therefore, I
concur with your removal schedule. I would request that you provide an update on this matter
during the first week of June and if for any reason it exceeds this time frame, please provide
additional information towards the middle or end of June. The City appreciates your willingness
in accomplishing the removal of this fill in a timely manner.
