In connection with the removal, Mr. Adams has made
arrangements with the truckers working in the area to remove the
dirt when they are not hauling on their regular jobs. This will
require the drivers to work on week ends on a voluntary basis;
therefore, we are unable to predict the number of drivers
available on any given day. This makes it impossible to give you
an accurate date by which the dirt will be removed.
Due to the recent rains and the possibility of more rain in
the forecast, it may be as much as two weeks before the removal
can begin.
Taking into consideration all the elements beyond our
control, it is our prediction that the removal can be completed
by mid June with the engineering completed by the end of the
month.
If we encounter difficulties and are unable to meet this
schedule, we will let you know. If you desire to discuss the
matter further, please give me a call.
