Dear Mr. Gay:
This letter is written as a follow-up to our most recent telephone conversation of June 15, 1993.
During that conversation, you sated that the majority of the dirt had been removed and that Mr.
Lou Horn would be following-up, toward the end of June, with a survey of the property to
insure that it had been returned to its prefill elevations. That particular timetable tracked with
the letter that I sent on May 12, 1993.
As of this date, August 18, 1993, the City of Coppell Engineering Department has not received
any information that would indicate that this property has been returned to its prefill elevation.
I request that you provide an update on this matter no later than August 31, 1993. If I can
provide any additional information please feel free to contact me at your convenience..
