Mr. Doyle:
Please find enclosed three (3) copies of the above referenced plan for your
rev iew.
Shell Oil Company no longer owns 121 Business Park, but is responsible for
the drainage easement across Mr. Adams' property. Mr. Adams and Shell Oil
Company have agreed to the enclosed plan to correct the erosion occurring at the
outfall of the ditch into Denton Creek.
On behalf of Shell Oil Company, we request the City of Coppell accept the
drainage easement. If the City chooses not to assume responsibility for the
easement now, the easement will be given to the City when the land is platted in
the future.
Shell Oil Company wan~s City approval of the plan to assure the~
improvements are constructed to City standards. Shell Oil Company understan.ds/
that approval of the plan now does not assure the channel will meet the City s/
standards at such time the City assumes responsibility.
If you have any questions or need any further information, please do not
hesitate to call.
Very truly yours,
ALBERT H. HALFF ASSOCIATES, INC.
