appreciated very much.
We are aware that the easement in question is on the
property owned by Mr. Adams. The purpose in our contact with the
city is to dedicate the easement to the city so that they will
take the responsibility for the maintenance.
It is my theory that the city will not want to take
ownership of the easement until the improvements are completed.
In this connection it is our desire to coordinate the
improvements with the city so, that the dedication will be
accepted at the appropriate time.
Perhaps you could persuade the city manager to discuss the
matter with me so that we might comply with all requirements of
the city and schedule the easement for dedication.
