Mr. Adams owns approximately 30 acres of land on the North
side of Coppell Road across which there is a drainage easement to
Shell Oil Co. for drainage of a tract developed by them which
contains approximately 56 acres.
We are attempting to require Shell Oil
construction of certain portions and additions
ditch across Mr. Adams land.

It is my understanding that the Engineers for Shell, Albert
Halff Associates, Inc. have complied with the requirements of the
City in connection with their plans for the construction and will
complete the construction in accordance with your requirements.
A copy of their preliminary plans are enclosed for your
consideration.
If you think it would be beneficial for us to meet with your
city engineer prior to the presentation, please let me know.
copies of this letter and the plans are being sent to your
engineer and the City Attorney.
