In response to Shchre Daneshm~nd's handwr{Cten memorandum to you
regarding the above reference, I was at the HUD meeting where
heard 'Mr. Jack Gay representing the above speak to the Board. I
h~.d an opportunity to speak with Mr. Gay on two occasions at which
both times he conveyed the drainage concern was in the HUD and within
an easement dedicated to the HUD.
At the December 13th HUD meeting it was conveyed to me for the first
time that the affected area was not within the MUD boundaries.
Larry Jackson and I reviewed the plat concerning Shell Oil some
months back prior to you coming on board and concluded that the
drainage easement shown on the plat did not reflect dedication to
the City.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the
District will meet in Regular Session, open to the public, at
8:30 a.m..on December 13, 1988, at the Coppell Town Hall,
255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas, to consider and take
action on the following Agenda:
1. Approve minutes of prior meeting and authorize payment of
of bills.

2. Consider City's proposal for Operation & Maintenance of
Lift Stations and receive report of District Committee on
proposed Contract thereon; consider authorization for the
information requested by the City;
3. Receive Engineering Report on District Facilities and any
problems related thereto; report on requests/discussions
for ~ervices or annexation;
4. Receiue Report of Tax Collector and take action on any
reques~"for tax refunds; consider action on request for /
waive~ of penalty and interest on delinquent taxes;
