RE: Pre Walk Thru Punch List
1. Fire lanes need to be installed.
2. Vault @ north property line, valve needs 2 x 2 pad to be done w/channel
liner.
3. Fire hydrant valves: clean all caps, expose operating nut.
4. Inlet south property line - Rip Rap - Slopes @ max 3:1 - (inlet 2' - 3'
below finish grade).
5. Bank on north property line w/flume to be sloped & grassed at time on channel
grading & concrete liner installation.
6. South end of Fire Entry:
a) vault lid needs to be straightend
b) clean debris out of vault
c) turn fire hydrant to face parking lot
7. Route & Seal all cracks in parking area.
8. Temporary ditch on south property line - needs to be installed.
9. Inlet @ northeast property line: clean out - grade, re-slope - clean dirt
and debris out of inlet.
