Alford Media Services, Inc. respectfully requests permission to begin construction of
paving and utilities in regards to our future corporate office at 296 S. State Street in
Coppell prior to the approval of the final plat.
We have paid our impact and inspection fees and I am enclosing a Hold Harmless
form protecting the City of Coppell should any changes be requested during the final
plat approval. Additionally we understand that a final plat must be submitted before
consideration of final acceptance of improvements.

SubdivLsion, Coppell, Texas understand and acknowledge that besinnhg construction of
private and/or public improvements on the above mentioned property prior to final plat
approval by the City of Coppell, they do so at their own risk. Furthermore, the owners
shall hold the City of Coppell harmless should any changes be required during the fln~! plat
approval of the above mentioned property that would require the owners to remove and/or
replace any improvements installed prior to t'mal plat approval will be at tbe sole cost of
the owners.
