Gentlemen:
Your assistance is obtaining the additional infor~ation
regarding this easement is appreciated. The agreement you signed
with the city of Coppell seems to ~ake Shell 0il Company fully
responsibility for our danages,
Although you indicate that you have not been the beneficiary
of the drainaqe easement since your sale, paraqraph 3 of the
aqreement would require you to continue your responsibility for
future claims. It ~ay be possible to obtain participation fro~
E-Systm in connection with correction of the Batter.
Further contact will be Bade with the City, in an effort
obtain their assistance in correction and Baintenance.
It would be my suggestion that you contact your engineer so
that they Bay also participate in the matter.
Perhaps a meeting of all parties concerned would be
beneficial. X would like to set a target date of sometime in ~d
May for such a meeting. A date, ti~e and place will be
determined when all parties have responded.
By copy of this letter, Dale Hill of E-Systems
notified of the proposed meeting and both the attorney
engineer for the City of Coppell is being requested to
attend the meeting and contact lo regarding the ~atter.
