I am enclosing a Print with a color code indicated depicting the
location of your drainage sewer and its discharge into an open ditch.
I am aware of the fact that you inher~ 'this situation as did I
inherit my situation. The property on which you .are discharging
drainage water was purchased by m~ in 1984, although I did have the
p.rop~. ~r~y .under option during the construction p~riod of the drainage
sewage system.
Shell Oil Cc~pany was aware of the inadequacy of the open' ditch'
receiving discharge water frc~ your project, and they were advised of
its inadequacy by their Engineer, by their construction firm, as well
as myself. ' '
With present situation, it will be virtually imposs/ble for you to
fully develop your tract nor will I be able to develop my tract until
the existing ~dverse condition is addressed and rectified.
There is a very interesting background story relating to this situation
which I shall be glad to relate to you if you are interested. In the
n~armhile, I should like to have your c~,~nts and thoughts as to
