Dear Steve:
This letter is to confirm the agreements concerning our meeting
on the morning of Wednesday, November 25, 1987, concerning the
construction of the drainage channel adjacent to the Advantage
Self Storage facility at 810 Denton Tap Road.
It is my understanding that the existing wing wall of the box
culvert drainage structure encroaches on the Railroad right-of-
way approximately one foot. The west end of the drainage channel
that we are to construct is to align with that wing wall and will
therefore also encroach approximately one foot into the Railroad
right-of-way.
At the eastern end of the drainage channel that we are to con-
struct additional concrete rip rap will be required to prevent
erosion.
The concrete rip rap will begin at the point of the grade drop
referenced as STA H50 on sheet C5, Drainage Plan & Prophile, of
the approved Civil Engineering Plans, and continue in order to
wrap the eastern end of the channel and ending at the north
property line. The concrete rip rap will be five inches thick
and will be at a three-to-one slope extending from the channel to
approximately the level of the driveway of the self storage
facility adjacent thereto. The concrete rip rap will have a two-
foot toe to prevent wash-out from around the structure.
It is further understood that an existing concrete wing wall on
the eastern end of the proposed channel will have to be removed
to facilitate construction of the structure.
