Re: Grading Driveway in Floodplain
Dear Mike:
Attached is a copy of the letter received from the Federal Emergency Management
Agency. This letter was in response to our inquiries about what information they will
require to grade the driveway for the Afford Media Project off of State Street. They
were sent a copy of our preliminary grading plan.
It is my understanding that this is adequate to prevent us from doing any flood studies
for Cottonwood branch as part of the Alford Media Project. We do intend to prepare a
drainage area map for the drainage area contributing to the culverts under the Private
drive.
Please call me if anything else is required.
Sincerely,
Dunaway Associates, Inc.

pertaining to tlds crossing, including the sizing of any culverts, should be sent to ti~¢ City of Coppel roi' their
