Being a tract of land situated in the S. HENDERSON
SURVEY, ABSI'RACT NO. 629, City of Coppell, Dallas
County, Texas, and being more particularly described
as a tract of land containing 19.95 acres of land
located north and west of Willowood Section Il, ap-
proximately 700 feet east of Heartz Road, and south
of Sandy Lake Road.
