Attached is a copy of the report, prepared by Reed Etngineering Group, on the road
corings taken in State Road and Sandy Lake Road.~ indicates that there is
more than 4.5" of asphalt in each of these roads. ~as reviewed their logs
of past activities to determine the type and frequency :he truck traffic that they
produce. This information is listed below:.

This information was gathered over the company's busiest month. The trucks are also
not usually loaded to the maximum weight. Based on this information we feel that the
roadway would not be severely affected by this additional load.
We would like your permission to proceed with the project without further concerns
regarding the adequacy of State Road.
