Please be advised the undersigned represems the City of Coppell, Texas and have been
directed to respond to you regarding the necessity for a sewer easement for the above referenced
project.
It is our understanding the City of Coppell, Texas owns the property in which your client
intends to locate a sewer line. Since the City owns the property, it will not be necessary for the
City to grant itseff an easement for ut/lity purposes. Th/s however, will not relieve the developer
from irtst.nlling the sewer line at the location prescribed by the City.
