Paul Carline has requested that we provide an anticipated date for the tank hoist.
Based on our current schedule, I expect the hOiSt to be on February 4. 1999- This date
is dependent on the wee[her being suitable for painting and will have to be aclJustecl as
we ge{ croser to the prohoist completion. I will make certain that your office and the City
of Coppall are updated as we get closer to the actual date-
