In Pay Request Number 3 for the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank, Change Order Numbers 1 and
2 were fully complete, accepted by the City of Coppell and the retainage was reduced to 0% for this work.
We are enclosing the two year maintenance bond submitted by Landmark Structures, Inc. for Change Order
Number 1 and 2 to the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank. This copy is for your files.

Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank
Change Order No. 4
Dear Mr. Swinnea:
We are enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 4 to your contract with the City of Coppe!l, for the
construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank. Change Order Number 4 provides for that
extra work required for the alignment revisions to Northpoint Drive, valve and motor operator revisions at the
Wagon Wheel Ranch and existing elevated tanks and backfill compaction testing for the portion of the Sandy
Lake Road water line constructed under change order number one.
If this change order is acceptable, please sign and return all five copies to this office.

Re: Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank
Dear Mr. Griffin:
As you requested, we have re-aligned the Northpoint Drive Extension associated with the construction of the
Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank and have modified the construction plan sheets affected by this
change. Northpoint Drive now is configured to extend due east along the north property line of the Wagon
Wheel Ranch Park.
We are enclosing two copies of the revised construction plans for your review and comment. The Northpoint
Drive modification, along with the revisions to the control valves at both elevated tanks as we discussed on
Wednesday, September 30, 1998, is included with the revised construction plans. If the revisions meet with
your approval, we will forward five sets of the revised plans in the form of a change order to Landmark
Structures, Inc. for execution.
