Change Order Number 3
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 3 to your contract with Landmark Structures, Inc. for
the construction of the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank. Change Order Number 3 provides for
that extra work required to substitute a free span complete storage floor consisting of a concrete deck and wall
mounted l-ton jib crane in place of the partial galvanized steel storage floor and supports and 1/2-ton capacity
free standing jib crane.
If this change order is acceptable, please have all five copies executed on behalf or the City of Coppell and
/~eturn three copies to our office. We are available to discuss this project further at your convenience.

Dear Mr. Swinnea:
As you are aware, there was some confusion as to what time the construction progress meeting was to be held
for the Wagon Wheel Ranch Elevated Storage Tank project today. From now on, the weekly construction
progress meetings will be held every Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. at the tank site until further notice. The meeting
participants will include myself, yourself or your representative, Larry Davis and other members of City Staff
who wish to attend. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Landmark Structures, Inc., on the Wagon Wheel Ranch 2.0 MG Elevated Storage Tank project, from July 1,
1998 through August 31, 1998. This project is approximately 33% complete.
The work associated with the Sandy Lake Road Water Line, added to this project by Change Order Number 1
and 2 (pay items 1-16 and 17a), is substantially complete and in service. As such, we recommend retainage for
that portion of the contract be released. This pay request reflects that recommendation.
If you concur with this Pay Request, please have it executed for the City of Coppell and forward one copy along
with the payment due to Landmark Structures, Inc.
