Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing three drawings from a recent Landmark Structures project that details a complete reinforced
concrete free span storage floor. Landmark has proposed to substitute this floor tbr the partial galvanized
steel storage floor required by the contract. We understand the City has some interest in substituting a
complete storage floor in place of the partial floor. The proposed costs for adding the complete storage floor
to the contract are as follows:
1. Delete the galvanized steel partial floor and supports. ($13,000.00)
2. Delete the ~A-ton capacity free standing jib crane and hoist. ($9,100.00)
3. Add a free span complete floor consisting of a concrete deck. $67,700.00
4. Add a wall mount l-ton jib crane with electric hoist. _$2~000.00
Total Changes $47,600.00
If this proposed change looks acceptable, please notify us and we will prepare a change order. We are
available to discuss this project further at your convenience.
