Apostles-CS 970722July 22, 1997 Mr. John Furlong, P.E. ' f Halff Associates. Inc. 4000 Fossil Creek Blvd. ~'~/" Fort Worth, TX 76137 RE: Dallas Water Supply Line - Section 2B & 2D / Church of the Apostles - MacArthur Boulevard, Coppell, Texas Dear Mr. Furlong: As discussed in our telephone conversation and as shown on the attached exhibit, the City of Irving has no objection to the proposed location of an 8-inch sanitary sewer with manhole. The line is located 10-feet from our proposed 54-inch R.C.C.P water line. The manhole is situated approximately 15-feet from our 54-inch R.C.C.P water line. Our contractor will shortly be on site to install our water line. We certainly want to work with all parties concerned. However, I'm sure you share my concerns that none of us want any future conflicts independent of which contractor does his installation first. Please take into account the blocking that will be required for the 90 degree bend for the 54-inch R.C.C.P water line at station 136 + 94.52. sd pc: Bob Chapman, Deputy Public Works Director Joe Carter, P.E., Shimek, Jacobs & Finklea, 8333 Douglas Ave., Ste. 820, Dallas, TX 75225 Ken Griffin, P.E., City of Coppell, P.
