Dear Mr. Furlong:
As discussed in our telephone conversation and as shown on the attached exhibit, the City
of Irving has no objection to the proposed location of an 8-inch sanitary sewer with
manhole. The line is located 10-feet from our proposed 54-inch R.C.C.P water line. The
manhole is situated approximately 15-feet from our 54-inch R.C.C.P water line.
Our contractor will shortly be on site to install our water line. We certainly want to work
with all parties concerned. However, I'm sure you share my concerns that none of us
want any future conflicts independent of which contractor does his installation first.
Please take into account the blocking that will be required for the 90 degree bend for the
54-inch R.C.C.P water line at station 136 + 94.52.
