Re: Apostle Church request for Sanitary Sewer Easement
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached is a request for a sanitary sewer easement across City of Coppell property and
adjacent to our church. The church would like to extend their sanitary sewer line east and
due north to tie into a 12" stubout from an existing manhole. This would allow the
church to lower the finished floor slab elevation, but stay above the 100-year flood plain
of the Elm Fork of the Trinity river and have utility services. The proposed route of the
sanitary sewer follows a previously proposed extension of Starleaf Drive along the north
side of our property.
Attached to the request is an Exhibit and Legal Description of the proposed easement.
